This large-scale onyx Art Deco style sculpture is by the Spanish sculptor Nuri Tortras (b.1926) and dates from the mid-20th century and was recently acquired from a Palm Beach estate. The piece is very much in the style of pieces by the artists Felipe Castaneda and Francisco Zuniga.
